Connected origination

I pay to bring in applications, and a lot of them never even reach my CRM.

Every lead source —Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the other social networks, landing pages, forms and WhatsApp— wired into one agentic system that runs the whole flow: from the moment a lead arrives until the loan file lands in file review or in the credit engine.

Live at a Mexican lender: every hour, what the forms capture is checked against the CRM, and anything that didn’t make it is recovered.

What it looks like from the sales desk.

  1. Leads get lost along the way.

Social, forms, WhatsApp and the CRM are four different paths, and nobody notices what fell through until someone cross-checks lists by hand.

  2. Leads wait, then go with whoever answers first.

They come in at night or on the weekend, and first contact happens after they’ve already applied somewhere else.

  3. Qualified leads reach credit without their paperwork.

Someone has to write back asking for what’s missing, and that’s where they go cold.

  4. You can’t tell which campaign brings loans and which only brings clicks.

The lead’s source gets lost along the way, and nobody can match it against what was funded.

What changes

What changes in origination?

No lead gets lost between social, the form, WhatsApp and the CRM. Every source feeds one agentic system: the agent responds the moment a lead arrives, qualifies it against your policy and asks for documents. An hourly job checks what was captured against your CRM and recovers anything missing. High-stakes calls go to a person, and everything is logged.

How far does the flow go?

Until the file is ready for a decision. The agent requests the documents, takes the tax ID for validation and hands the case to your file review team or your credit engine, with its source, its qualification and what’s already been checked. Review against your policy picks up from there; nobody re-keys what the applicant already provided.

How it runs
The agent
An agentic system connected to your lead sources, your CRM and your current platforms. It responds on the spot, qualifies against your policy, requests documents, reconciles leads and hands the case to file review or the credit engine. It always introduces itself as your lender’s agent.
The accountable person
Your head of sales owns origination, by name. For the first 4 weeks, the agent checks with a person on every decision and action. After that, anything high-stakes —a policy exception, an off-profile lead asking for special terms, a complaint— always goes through a person; simple things, like reminding someone about a pending document, it handles with what it learned, and every action is logged.
The evidence
For every lead: which source and campaign it came from, when the agent responded, how it was qualified and what was requested. For every case handed off: which documents arrived and when. Everything is logged and auditable, in one place.
The stop button
Your team pauses the whole agent, or a single channel, with one button, and leads keep landing in your CRM for manual follow-up. If reconciliation finds a leak, it alerts a person instead of staying quiet.
The rule that raises the bar

Every lead carries personal data, and the law travels with it.

The privacy notice has to be available from the moment data is collected.

Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, in force since March 2025, requires making the privacy notice available to the data subject from the moment their data is collected. With leads arriving through social, forms and WhatsApp, that has to happen in every channel and be logged, not depend on someone remembering.

Proof

What already runs, and what we stand up with you.

We share it without names, because the client is under an NDA. We also share what went wrong: when we cross-checked forms against the CRM, we found leads slipping through, some because of our own bugs; we fixed them, and reconciliation now runs every hour. Direct connection to each network’s lead ad forms is a capability of the system; we don’t present it as a case yet.

  • At one lender, 7 out of 10 ad-form leads weren’t reaching its CRM. Matching them one by one, the system recovered 357 leads; reconciliation now runs every hour. Measured in live operations; client confidential.
  • WhatsApp agents in production: one for brokers quotes, delivers the document and logs the lead; our own sales run through Luz.
  • Applicants get a tax validation link when they enter their tax ID, and their case reaches the credit engine with the bureau report, SAT opinion and tax file.

Questions

What a lender asks before starting.

Why do leads get lost between social, forms and the CRM?
Because every source takes its own path: the social network, the landing page, the website form, WhatsApp and the broker. All it takes is one integration failing silently for a paid lead to never arrive. The fix isn’t checking by hand more often. It’s a system that takes in every source, checks captured leads against the CRM every hour, recovers what’s missing and alerts someone when something breaks.
Does it connect directly to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok lead ads?
The system can take in each network’s lead ad forms through its official connection, along with your website, landing page and WhatsApp leads, and drop them into your CRM with their campaign. What runs in production at a lender today is form-to-CRM reconciliation; the direct connection to each network we don’t present as a case yet.
Do I have to replace my CRM or my platforms?
No. The agents work on top of what you already have, off-the-shelf or in-house: your CRM, your loan system, your e-signature, your bureau access and your document storage. They connect through an API or whatever door each system has. Your CRM is still where the lead lives; what changes is that nothing sits between two systems without someone knowing about it.
What does it cost, and how do we start?
You start with a free diagnostic: we look at where your leads come from, how many paths lead to your CRM and how files get built today, and tell you where you’re leaking and what the system would do. Pricing comes in a formal proposal. There is a one-time activation fee and a monthly operations fee, because InnovaBlack runs it supervised and current.
